Job Title: Installation Project Coordinator Location: Remote — Latin America sourcing focus; Philippines Eligible Countries: Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Philippines Salary Range: Pay discussed during hiring Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific time. Engagement: Independent contractor. About the Role Coordinate installation projects from scheduling through follow-up, keeping concurrent jobs moving and the people involved informed. You will work across customers, technicians, vendors, suppliers and internal teams to track deadlines, anticipate issues and complete outstanding tasks. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate multiple installation projects, schedules, deadlines and follow-ups. • Keep customers, technicians, vendors, suppliers and internal teams aligned. • Anticipate issues and drive tasks through completion using coordination systems. Qualifications • 2+ years in project coordination, operations coordination, scheduling, customer operations, field services or related work. • Proven experience coordinating concurrent jobs, projects or workflows, including deadlines and follow-up. • Hands-on experience with CRM, project management, scheduling, dispatch or job-management systems is preferred. • Construction, installation, home services, field services or technician-coordination experience is preferred.
