Job Title: Head of Web Growth & Conversion Location: Global, remote Salary Range: Up to USD 6,000 per month Company Overview Sagan connects international talent with U.S.-based businesses. About the Role Own Sagan’s website as a source of qualified sales meetings. Improve the journey from landing page to booking, grow relevant traffic, and personally ship the code, pages, and experiments that produce measurable results. Key Responsibilities • Improve qualified meetings and pipeline from website traffic. • Build trustworthy funnel measurement with Revenue Operations. • Run CRO experiments across messaging, offers, pages, forms, and booking flows. • Build and maintain HTML/JavaScript, CMS-backed pages, reusable components, and integrations. • Grow relevant traffic through SEO and AI-search discovery. • Own site speed, mobile experience, accessibility, tracking, and release quality. Qualifications • Hands-on ownership of a large B2B website with important conversion flows. • Evidence of improved CRO, organic growth, or qualified demand. • Practical HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS experience beyond visual builders. • Live examples of work personally shipped, with baselines, results, and your contribution. • Ability to use AI-assisted coding and verify the finished work in an existing codebase.
