About the Role Lead the Revenue Operations function at Sagan. Own forecasting, compensation and quota design, revenue reporting, and the GTM systems roadmap, while directing the team and specialists who execute the work. Key Responsibilities • Own forecasting, pipeline reporting, and board-level revenue reporting. • Design sales compensation plans and set quotas. • Lead GTM systems strategy and architecture. • Run or establish deal-desk processes. • Lead the Revenue Operations team and direct builders and administrators. Qualifications • At least seven years in revenue, sales, or marketing operations within B2B SaaS or B2B services. • Head, director, or equivalent leadership ownership of Revenue Operations or Sales Operations. • Direct ownership of forecasting, revenue reporting, and compensation design. • Strong English and the ability to lead cross-functional decisions.
