About the Role
Support U.S. business customers through consultative account service and end-to-end order coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Own customer requests from initial inquiry through resolution.
• Coordinate orders and communicate clear progress updates.
• Provide warm, professional written communication to U.S. business customers.
Qualifications
• End-to-end B2B account support, order management or client services experience.
• Experience in apparel, promotional products, printing, embroidery, signage or e-commerce.
• Strong written English.
