UGC and Influencer Manager for a US DTC Brand (Remote)

About the role You build and run the creator programme. Find creators, negotiate, brief them, chase delivery and keep a steady flow of usable content coming in for paid and organic. What you will do • Source and vet UGC creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube • Handle outreach, negotiation, rates and contracts • Brief creators clearly so the content matches what the ad account needs • Manage the pipeline end to end: shipping products, tracking deliverables, chasing what is late • Review content for quality and hand it to the creative team • Track creator performance and build repeat relationships with the ones who deliver Requirements • 2+ years managing UGC creators or influencers for DTC ecommerce brands • Experience running outreach at volume and converting it • Good judgement on which creators will actually produce usable content • Organised, since you will be tracking dozens of creators and deliverables at once • Strong written communication for outreach and briefing • Experience with affiliate or commission-based creator deals • Familiarity with creator platforms such as Insense, Billo or Aspire • Understanding of what makes UGC perform as a paid ad rather than organic content • Open to candidates from Latam and Eastern EU Benefits • Working remotely for US-based DTC • Salary paid in USD
